Acquisition Grind is a professional journal by and for Department of the Air Force contracting professionals. Founded to connect the contracting community through ideas, insight, issues, and lessons learned, this publication highlights the people and practices behind the mission at every level and rank, from operational buyers to senior leaders.

This publication is unique from DAU or NCMA – focused on policy analysis and scholarly research – and provides a venue for Air Force contracting members (and our mission partners) to voice concerns, put a spotlight on issues impacting Air Force contracting operations, and present immediately actionable solutions.
